Flashback: Core War

Angonce walked outside of the fortress and saw the construction of Mata Nui. In his hand, he carried three mysterious feathers. Each of them contained memories of a beautiful princess from another world. He sensed the amazing powers within them but knew that he had to keep it out of the wrong hands; especially to those that were fighting.

These feathers came into this world during the construction of the Great Spirit Robot. Realizing how powerful they were, he and his friends wanted to return to their owner, only realizing that it was impossible to do so. They came here for a purpose.

They will not stay like this, he thought, I will give them life. The first two will be used by my friends to make whatever they desire, the last one, I will personally make something.

He walked back inside and went to a special chamber, inside was a Skrall that will one day change this world. He and his friends decide to name her "Skralla" in hopes of her bravery that she will have to face. Then he thought back on their previous creations, a mad-scientist named Garaxial. He was banished a short time ago due to his wild creations that had to be put down.

First the Element Lords, then him and now this, what if something happens to her, he thought.

He turned to see Heremus walking in, saying, "Our brothers need your help."

"I understand, but there is something that I must do first," replied Angonce, "Take two of these feathers and meet up with them. I will be there shortly."

Heremus nodded and went back out. Angonce turned to the Skrall and said, "You have a long journey ahead, princess. However, I must admit that there are going to be obstacles that will try to kill you. So in order to give a second chance…"

Heremus walked back to the construction site and met up with Terama, Sperroa, and Winarax who were busy giving orders and providing directions to their fellows.

"Is he on his way?" asked Terama.

"He'll be here shortly; I don't know what's he doing inside, but I hope he's…"

His words were cut of short when he saw a flash of light in the sky; before his eyes he saw a group of beings falling from another timeline. Had he known who they were, they came from the future, being thrown back in the past by a wish.

"What's wrong?" asked Sperroa.

"Someone has arrived," answered Heremus, running towards the sight. The others followed, wanting to see what he saw.

Unknown Location

Drifting in time and space, a single object floated in the middle of no where. Its purpose was to set the events into motion and starting new universes and ending older ones. Its creators are unknown. However, few people know how powerful this object is and want to take it for themselves. This is perhaps the reason why most of the events that happen are the way they are, to not let anyone grasp their hands on this.

As of late, someone did dare to try to lay a finger on it, as a result, the object called upon a warrior named Erax to stop a tyrant who dared to use it against his people. However, before it was used, the orb disappeared, heading for another world to hide.

A sudden tremor inside shook the object; waves of power are sent into worlds; changing the course of destiny and time…a paradox has just begun in two worlds. Events are now set into motion again as everyone makes different choices, creating parallels.

Heremus and the others ran towards the beach region of Aqua Magna. There, they saw three beings that were slowly getting up. Decided to hide themselves, they waved their hands to create a gigantic rock made out of the sand particles.

Quite inspiring, thought Heremus, for these feathers. I could make two of those beings if I can only…

Taking out his sneaky telescope, he looked through and saw a Skrall-like being and an oddly cloaked figure accompanied by a beautiful princess. Realizing the sense of power, he knew what must be done.

"Take them to the fortress, chained," he said to the others, "They have some potential within their aura."

Angonce walked back out to the construction site but Heremus was no where to be seen. After a few minutes of waiting, he saw him and the others carrying three unconscious beings.

"What is this?" asked Angonce.

"They are from this world, but in a separate time," answered Heremus, "And those feathers you gave me, two of them actually have them…"

"Then it means that this world is in a Closed Loop!" said Angonce, realizing the revelation, "No wonder everything is what it is. It's just like what he said…"

"Then how will we stop this?" asked Terama, "And how do you know that this universe is in such a loop? And who's he…?"

"Look around you, why does it feel like we were here yesterday, having the exact conversation? There's only thing we have to do, is by doing everything what we did the last time again, but add a bit of spice to our creations," answered Angonce.

"Now that you mentioned that," agreed Heremus, "It feels like we just launched the robot yesterday and left, and here we are again."

Their choices, along with Sakari's choice to save her family's future (back in AMC 2: The Frozen Time), will be the starting point of a great paradox; one that will collide several universe together due to their similarities of people, places, and more so, their choices. Her determination led to her success, yet a price had to be paid; the death of Agarax and Belirax who will have returned the feathers to her and Syarix, thus recreating the lost parents of Tsubasa/Syaoran.

The choices of Mata Nui and Skralla also led to many events that unfolded; from the melding of Bara Magna and its moons, to creating Time-Barriers in their kingdom and even creating a new dimension!
The choices of Garaxial led to his light and shadow separation, his alliance with Fang Wong Reed, and even to his own death by his other self. (Eventually both of them were killed)

Another Glatorian, Erax, who disappeared from this world and unknowingly melded a few universes together through his choices as well. Some of the worlds he visited were dangerous, as some worlds were practically the same as others, only difference in composition and characters. A few were trapped within its own time, creating flashes from one time to the next.

And lastly, the choices of the four travelers set their own destiny as they had their own secrets from the past as well. Their choices led to the freedom of their own time loop, but a new one waits as this loop affects other universes.

But why? Why is this happening? The answer only lies into a single object that has gone out of control.

The first clues of this can be found in the Kingdom of Clow, as a result of a disaster.
