Who is that guy on top?

The Suiei Gods are the "past forms" of the swimming boys; they have created the world and were blessed and enriched with abilities based on the water-element and other astonishing powers and miracles. They have assumed human forms during the Ancient Greeks to observe more about the nature of the world. However, after being betrayed by their friends, they have took a portion of their soul into the bodies of the Swimming Boys in hopes that they can defeat the darkness that lurks on the planet.

Suiei Ryugazaki is one of the legendary Suiei Gods with powers allow him to swim across the world freely without any sign of exhaustion as well as healing others and can communicate to the animals no matter how bestial they are.

Prerequisites to collab with me:

Must have either Paint Tool Sai or Photoshop (OR BOTH).
Has experience in anime/manga drawing (I ask for a more advanced person because I want to learn off from them and use what I know previously )
Flexible Time Hours (I recommend someone in the USA for the sake of time zones, but a foreign country is great too. ^^) and has Skype to send the works, etc. (I don't think a regular e-mail can take such a large file XD)
